  • Major player in domestic and industrial manufacture sector, choses Dowap TeamWork to implement SAP S/4 PPDS. Alongside having a general partner on the implementation of the Core S/4HANA, our client has chosen to call on DOWAP TeamWork, niche player for the implementation requiring a high quality of expertise.


  • Dowap TeamWork supports the SAP IBP implementation of fresh food production company. It covers its demand planning, promotion planning and DRP (distribution requirement planning).


  • We implement the pre-configured solution “Step IN For SAP IBP”, for a major player of electric heating and domestic appliance industry. It helps to cover the S&OP and the Demand planning, in a few months. We was also selected for the implementation of the S/4HANA PPDS module.


  • We are currently implementing SAP IBP S&OP module to optimize JTEKT S&OP process.


  • After a first phase of business process definition, We are currently supporting a leader of telecom in France in the SAP IBP implementation.


  • We are currently implementing all SAP IBP modules in the leader in the flavor and fragrance industry, to cover S&OP, Demand, Supply and Inventory planning process

  • Having been involved in the design of the Europe Core Model of SAP APO DP SNP, DOWAP’s teams implement this solution in France, Belgium, Spain and Netherlands for beverage company . The next steps is the  roll out solution across the world and the implementation of our “Inventory balancing” solution.

    SCM consulting mission following by an optimization of Demand Planning processes. Once the processes implemented, we re-design SAP APO DP on HANA system. Now DOWAP is implementing SAP SNP to cover MPS and DRP process across the world.

    Design and implementation with LOGICA of the APO solution to be used by Orange group to supply mobile phones, from vendors to central warehouses in countries. The solution is based on fully automated data processing, with DP, SNP and ETL applications combined together.

    “Orange had a project to optimize the replenishment of its Orange retail outlets. However, after lengthy developments, the solution was still not working and the project was stuck in testing phase. We reached out for DOWAP to come and help us put the project back on track. DOWAP was able to very rapidly analyse the situation, identify issues and make recommendations. DOWAP also guided us in “repairing” and enhancing the existing solution, working closely with our existing APO partner.

    During this ‘emergency’ exercise, DOWAP was very professional. They understood perfectly our business requirements and were able to map them with APO. Today, Orange have a stable APO solution in production which gives users satisfaction. What’s more, further enhancements have been requested by the business and we have decided to entrust DOWAP with the development and further enhancement of the solution.

  • We implemented IB&O (Inventory Balancing & Optimization) to Optimize Estée Lauder inventory. We started with some pilote markets to roll out today all around the world.
